We’re in Singapore now.
Hi, Dave here. Not much to report at the moment, other than that we are safe and sound on the other side of the world. Here, it’s 1:30 AM, Friday the 26th of June. If you are reading this right now in the U.S. on the east coast, it’s 1:30 PM on Thursday the 25th, I believe.
All in all, while combined flying time was loooong (total around 23 hours in the air, not including layovers) it was a pretty uneventful trip, and we got in on time and with no complications. Customs in Changi was smooth as butter. That is one nice airport, by the way, it is very easy to navigate and get through, and obviously is brand spanking new and maintained diligently.
Anyways…we are at our friends Mark and Swee Leen’s place now, Suzanne has crashed out and I think I’m going to follow her after posting this. You’ll be hearing from us tomorrow. I’m planning on eating…a lot. And, maybe, doing something else. We’ll see.
